IW 2004 ART

PhotoLou Rizzolo is a celebrated master of watercolor, mixed media, collage, and drawing. Under Lou's supportive guidance, beginner and professional alike will expand vision, technique, and artistic authority. Linda Talbot Rizzolo will present sessions on special experimental techniques she has developed for the mixed media artist. Both Lou and Linda are dedicated to making this Grand Finale International Art Workshop the most information-rich, inspiration-endowed, memorable ever!

PhotoThe daily schedule includes drawing instruction, traditional and experimental watercolor technique demonstrations, slide lectures, critiques, outdoor painting time, and studio work. You may choose to focus on traditional watercolor style and technique, drawing, or mixed-media and leading-edge watercolor techniques. A painting/drawing day trip on one of the workshop days will take you to some of the region's most paintable sights.

Options at the end of the day will include an offering from the celebrated International Festival of Concerts and Exhibits, or perhaps one of IW's famous parties. Your Special Event, at the end of the workshop, is the gala International Art Exhibition, where you will show the best of your two weeks' work. These shows have become events of major significance, resulting in remarkable numbers of sales and commissions from all over the world.
